Job Description

  1. New Product Launch & Product Development / Improvement

    Manage experiment activity either in laboratory or in production for new product development, improvement or raw material evaluation including finding supporting literature, in coordinated with his superior, to have fast response and reliable result, based on Monitoring Technical Request/Inquiry.

    All activity must be documented, measurable and in accordance to achieve target product development.

  2. Advice & Recommendation

    Support his superior for Fast and Accurate of Decision Making for Product Recommendation

Job Specification

Knowledge

The job holder requires intermediate to advanced knowledge level of chemical organic or inorganic synthesize with good chemical literature search.

Experience

Chemistry Master Degree (S2) or Bachelor Degree (S1) with experience minimum 2 years in a research department or manufacturing company in the industry with preference pigment, paint or chemicals.
