Technical Supervisor

Responsibilities:- Ensure the technical production process of footwear runs smoothly and in accordance with specifications.- Supervise production trials and ensure results meet company quality standards and customer requirements.- Analyze and resolve technical issues in collaboration with customers.- Assist with communication between the factory and customers.- Confirm product specifications with customers to ensure mutual understanding.

Qualifications:1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelors Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the footwear industry.3. Strong understanding of the footwear manufacturing process (cutting, stitching, assembling, etc.).4. Demonstrated leadership, good communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.5. Must be proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with external parties (customers).6. Must be able to join on short notice.
