VP Sales (Sales GM)
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Sales (GM Sales) to lead, manage, and grow our national sales and distribution efforts in the electric vehicle (EV) bike sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-impact sales strategies, managing key business projects, and overseeing a nationwide network of dealers, partners, and direct sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and EV market trends.
Lead the sales division, including regional sales teams, dealer networks, and direct sales initiatives.
Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure significant revenue growth.
Oversee all business projects related to sales and distribution, including new market entries, channel development, and large strategic accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, IT, FAT, etc) to execute projects efficiently.
Expand and optimize the dealer and distribution network across key regions.
Build strong relationships with partners, end users, fleet buyers, corporate clients, and government bodies for B2B and institutional sales.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Identify new sales opportunities, partnerships, and emerging market segments.
Train and lead high-performing sales teams.
Foster a results-oriented culture through coaching, development, and motivation.
Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to top management.
Manage sales budgets, pricing strategy, and P&L responsibility for the sales department.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales and distribution management, preferably in the EV or automotive sector.
Proven track record of leading large sales teams and managing high-impact business projects.
Experience in both B2B and B2C sales, dealer management, and market expansion.
Strong background in managing cross-functional projects and delivering on commercial objectives.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
Strategic thinking with strong business mindset.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Deep understanding of EV technology, mobility trends, and automotive retail models is a major plus.
Results-driven, analytical, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Proficiency in English is a must.
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday at Gandaria Selatan, Jakarta Selatan.
