Qualification - Waitress

• Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK or equivalent).

• Preferably with experience in F&B service, but fresh graduates are welcome.

• Good communication skills, friendly, and customer service oriented.

• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service.

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Neat appearance, well-groomed, and professional attitude.

• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

• Basic English communication (for tourist area/restaurants).

Job Description - Waitress

1. Guest Service

   • Greet and seat guests politely with a welcoming attitude.

   • Present menu, explain specials/promotions, and take accurate orders.

   • Serve food and beverages according to service standards.

   • Check guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

2. Operational Duties

   • Prepare tables (setup cutlery, glasses, napkins).

   • Maintain cleanliness of dining area before, during, and after service.

   • Ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.

   • Assist in billing and payment process.

3. Teamwork & Support

   • Communicate with kitchen and bar staff regarding orders.

   • Support colleagues in peak hours or when needed.

   • Follow company SOPs and hygiene standards.

4. Other Responsibilities

   • Follow safety and hygiene standards (HACCP/basic food safety).

   • Participate in training and development programs.

   • Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
