Account Executive

1. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and service delivery.

  • Understand client requirements related to product testing, certification, and compliance; provide appropriate service recommendations.

  • Coordinate internally with technical and laboratory teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of testing projects.

  • Prepare and deliver quotations and contracts based on client needs and project scope.

  • Follow up on testing progress and keep clients informed of status, timelines, and any issues that may arise.

  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries or complaints effectively.

  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.

  • Stay current with industry regulations, testing standards, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice.

2. Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration).

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, or client service roles, preferably within the testing, certification, or laboratory services industry.

  • Familiarity with consumer product categories (e.g., textiles, toys, electronics, food contact materials) and relevant testing standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO, EN, CPSIA).

  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and writtenHigh attention to detail, particularly in preparing technical proposals, reports, and documentation.

  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and E-LIMS systems

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
