Account Executive

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Account Executive with 3+ years of experience in sales support, account management, or operations—ideally within the beauty or consumer goods industry. This role plays a crucial part in driving operational excellence by managing customer accounts, processing sales orders and invoices, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure accuracy of data in customer purchase orders and invoices.

• Act as the key point of contact for assigned customer accounts, handling inquiries, order follow-ups, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and billing processes.

• Compile and maintain sales reports, and assist in tracking inventory levels and product availability.

• Process customer invoicing accurately and on time.

• Maintain and update CRM systems, customer records, and order databases.

• Support sales forecasting and budgeting activities for assigned accounts.

• Deliver basic customer service and provide administrative support to the sales and commercial teams.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an account executive, sales coordinator, or sales operations role—preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sectors.

• Strong ability to manage customer relationships and sales-related documentation efficiently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with CRM or ERP systems.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple departments.

• Skilled in sales reporting, forecasting, and inventory tracking.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive, collaborative attitude with a focus on accuracy, service, and execution.
