We are looking for an experienced Account Executive in Surabaya to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

What you will do

- Actively seeking new clients.

- Develop new business and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales targets.

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

- Prepare reports on account status, forecast, and track key account metrics.

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

- Develop a database of qualified B2B leads through different ways such as referrals, canvassing, cold calls, direct mail, email, and networking
