What will you do?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact, addressing their needs,an and providing solutions that meet their objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent customer experiences.

• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and clients.

• Negotiate with sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

• Correct mistakes and provide appropriate improvement suggestions.

The requirements:

• Good communication skills both oral and verbal, must be fluent in English

• Good problem-solving and negotiation

• Good & positive attitude, willing to learn, proactive, self-motivated

• Able to work under pressure

• BS/MS in any discipline from top local universities or overseas universities

• Previous experience working in a key account management role in a similar company

• Strong relationships and account management-building skills

• Strong orientation towards data and capable of analyzing data effectively

• Able to work independently and in a team.

• Possesses critical and logical thinking abilities.

• Proactive, courageous, and able to handle pressure well.
