We are currently embarking on our next stage of aggressive expansion which includes entry into additional markets within the region of South East Asia. We expect to quickly grow to >1,000 stores across the region and then potentially look at listing options.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to be based in Jakarta office to head the Accounts Payable Section. You shall report to the Indonesia Finance Team Lead who is based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities include:

Accounts Payables

• Process and post invoices into the accounting system

• Lead and supervise AP team

• Improving process related to AP

• Ensure timely and accurate withholding tax calculations and submissions.

• Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments.

• Prepare and upload weekly payment for approval and processing

• Assist with tax audits and queries related to withholding tax and accounts payable.

• Liaise with respective departments and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies before enter into system.

• Reconciliation of invoices according to suppliers SOA

• Assist in month-end closing, including AP reconciliation and reporting.

• Settle invoices payment in accounting system

Others:

• Maintain proper filing of records on timeliness basis

• General data entry and administration works

• Ad-hoc tasks as required by superior

Ideal Experience:

• Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and withholding tax regulations (PPH 23 & PPH 4 (2))

• Min 3-4 years working experience as Account Payable Supervisor (in retail F&B), handling payment processes, including batch uploads.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office application, in particular with Microsoft Excel

• Having knowledge of SAP system is an added advantage

• Having Brevet Certificate is a plus
