Account Sales Supervisor (Jawa Timur) - Infinix

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor to join our growing team at Infinix based in East Java. In this casual role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships to drive business growth and profitability. With a focus on account management and strategic relationship building, you will play a crucial part in the success of our Sales team.

What youll be doing

• Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of assigned client accounts

• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client contacts

• Understand client needs and objectives, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and an exceptional client experience

• Identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/upsell additional products and services

• Provide regular reports and updates on account performance and client activity

• Contribute to the development of account plans and overall business strategy

• Willing to move and to be placed around East Java Area

What were looking for

• Proven track record and experienced in Sales SPV in Smartphone/Electronics

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients

• Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to overcome objections

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic account plans

• Capability to speak in English is a MUST and Mandarin will be a plus
