Position: Accounting & Tax Staff

Placement: Alam Sutera, Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GPA of 3.5 with a Bachelors degree (S1) in Accounting

• Strong understanding of accounting systems and administrative procedures

• Having brevet A & B certification

• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax rates, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 15, PPh 22, PPh 26, VAT (PPN), and PPh Gross Up

• Proficient in e-Billing for tax payments and experienced in using Coretax and tax-related applications.

• Ability to prepare Return Notes, Withholding Tax Slips, and tax reports (PPh & PPN).

• Proficient in computer operations and common office software (MYOB, SAP Business One, SAP)

• Detail-oriented, agile, and responsive, with excellent communication skills

• Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang (WFO policy)

Job Responsibilities:

• Tax Compliance and Documentation: Verify supporting documents for tax calculations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Organize, maintain, and archive all tax-related documentation and filings.

• Tax Calculation and Reporting: Calculate and withhold taxes on applicable transactions. Prepare tax and VAT summaries, including generating CSV files for internal and external reporting.

• Invoice and Tax Document Management: Create and manage input and output tax invoices. Draft tax refund letters and handle return notes for both purchases and sales.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate tax-related matters with distributors, vendors, and outlets.

• Process Improvement and Quality Assurance: Conduct issue analysis using PICA methodology. Support implementation and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
