Qualifications & Experience:

• A Degree in Business Accounting/Finance

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple technical and business teams.

• Should have significant experience with supporting ERP Software from end-to-end.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Train users to use MASERP Software

• Solve business and accounting related problems that occur during usage of MASERP Software

• Keep up to date with the latest Indonesian Accounting Standard and Taxation Law

• Testing MASERP program

• Receive complaints from customers who experience difficulties using the MASERP Lite program

• Find the best solutions for every MASERP program complaint experienced by customers
