Job Desc :
Develop a driver recruitment strategy and implement recruitment strategies to meet company needs
Determine the right driver recruitment channel, whether through job portals, social media, campuses, or headhunting
Driver Search and Selection
Identify and attract potential driver candidates
Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to ensure they match job requirements
Driver Interview and Assessment
Conduct interviews with drivers
Using a variety of interview methods, both direct interviews, telephone interviews, and competency-based interviews
Carry out further assessments, for example through a test drive
Coordination with Manager Team and Other Departments
Analyze and Improve the driver hire process
Compile reports about the driver hire process starting from Leeds, Bakloc and waiting for approval; Monitoring Market Trends for drivers online (visit , kopdar and share flyers)
Qualification :
Max 35 years old
Have exsperience with the same position min 1 years
Ability to work a team and independently
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
Experience in star up company will be advantage
