Admission Officer

Genesis Global Community School is looking for Admission Officer is responsible for overseeing the school and student administration process, ensuring that all procedures are completed efficiently, and providing an excellent first impression to prospective students and families. This position involves reviewing applications, communicating with parents and prospective students, and maintaining accurate records of all admissions process.

• General secretarial duties and assistance with the organization and implementation of the examinations as required by Head of School/Coordinator/Subject Heads and/or other stakeholders.
• Help coordinate, collate Interim reports, results and semester reports where necessary and mail out to parents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants in the schools database and ensure all necessary documents are collected and filed correctly.
• Update the schools admission database regularly and ensure all student records are complete and correct.
• Help special functions as necessary, attendance list, labels, booking facilities for Parent and Teacher Conference.
• Work closely with the academic, marketing, and administration teams to align admission goals with the schools overall strategy.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of applications, enrollment trends, and other metrics as required by the school leadership.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree (S1)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a school environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
