Affiliate Specialist & Customer Service
What you will do?
In this role, youll develop and implement impactful affiliate marketing strategies, manage end-to-end process to recruit and onboard the affiliates, and build engaging relationships to boost sales and affiliate performance. Youll monitor key metrics like traffic, conversion rates, CTR, commissions, and content productivity to optimize results. Youll also coordinate product sample distribution, keep affiliate catalogs up-to-date, create compelling promotional copywriting, and ensure the smooth delivery of campaign assets. You will also have exposure to act as a point of contact for affiliate and customer inquiries—by providing excellent customer and aftersales service aligned with company standards and marketplace metrics.
What are we looking for?
Minimum diploma degree from any major
Minimum 1 year experience as an Affiliate Specialist or relevant experience
Understanding of affiliate management on Shopee and TikTok x Tokopedia dashboards
Understanding of customer service performance metrics in marketplaces
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Forms)
Familiarity with best practices in affiliate and e-commerce management
Social media savvy and up-to-date on social media trends, especially in the health sector
Experience in an enabler or agency is preferred.
