AIRPORT OPERATIONAL STAFF MANADO (CONTRACT)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience.
- Assist with communication to designated airline baggage claim desk if there is any lost luggage
- Manage daily sales support activities, ensuring high responsiveness to customer inquiries, requests, and orders to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and team productivity
- Handle and resolve customers complaints in a timely manner
- Assist passengers with all enquiries, including lost or delayed baggage
- Report and coordinate any issue related with the passengers, luggage, etc. to higher officials
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Assist others dissimilar duties ordered by Supervisor or Manager
QUALIFICATION
- Candidate must be possess at least Diploma, preferably from Tourism or Civil Aviation major. Fresh Graduate(s) are welcome.
- Willing to be posted in Sam Ratulangi International Airport, Manado and working in Aviation field.
- Required language: English and Mandarin (writing, reading, listening and speaking). HSK 4 or more is a PLUS.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to flexible in terms of scheduling or overtime.
- Strong customer service skills, cooperative attitude, able to multi-task & working detail oriented.
Fast learning and have a high responsibility sense.
