Join our dynamic and rapidly growing F&B Company in Bali! Were looking for a dedicated and driven Area Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations.
Mandatory:Proven experience as an Area Manager, Multi-Unit Manager, or Senior Assistant Manager in the restaurant or fast-food industry.
Fluent in English
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
Solid knowledge and enforcement of food safety and hygiene standards.
Willing to be based in Canggu, Bali.
Oversee daily operations across multiple outlets to ensure consistency in quality, service, and performance.
Manage and optimize staff scheduling across locations.
Monitor and maintain packaging and supply inventory across stores.
Ensure team members adhere to uniform standards; maintain compliance documentation.
Conduct regular inventory audits for uniforms and operational equipment.
Perform weekly on-site evaluations to assess operational efficiency, equipment condition, food quality, and hygiene compliance.
Report directly to senior management and contribute to strategic planning for growth and improvement.
