AREA SALES SUPERVISOR - BALI
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelors degree in any major, preferably in Management, Marketing, Business, or other relevant fields.
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or 2 years as an Area Sales Manager in the FMCG (Food & Beverages) industry is preferred.
· Having strong connections with retail stores and supermarkets is an added advantage.
· Good understanding of FMCG product distribution strategies and established relationships with local distribution networks
· Proven ability to achieve sales targets, manage sales teams, and execute promotional programs within the assigned area.
· Proficient in using sales reporting systems and data analysis tools (Microsoft Office).
· Strong in leadership, communication, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making.
· Familiar with the Bali area and surroundings.
· Willing to work and be based in Bali.
Job Description
· Develop and execute sales plans based on set targets; manage and supervise the activities of the sales team and channels within the assigned area to achieve sales KPIs.
· Plan sub-area product development and monitor regional performance (sales reports, market feedback, and field data); compile reports for management and provide insights on competitors, market trends, and strategic recommendations for area development.
· Design and implement sales programs and distribution network development plans.
· Responsible for sales forecasting and achieving sales targets.
· Prepare reports and analyze the performance of sales programs and distribution networks.
· Support distributor performance in terms of product distribution and sales volume (through weekly meetings, MoM reviews, and action plans).
· Collaborate with the Marketing team in executing marketing and promotional activities.
· Ensure product stock availability in the market.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with outlets and distributors.
