Asset Management

Job Description Summary: Ensure accurate asset recording, prevent asset loss, and maintain 100% traceability of asset movements in compliance with company standards. Job Description:

• Assign unique codes to company assets based on location, division, and other criteria.
• Verify received assets against purchase documents and ensure they are in good condition.
• Maintain and update asset records, including transfers, write-offs, and sales.
• Support stock-taking activities by ensuring assets are properly documented and accessible.
• Prevent asset loss by enforcing clear movement SOPs.
• Monitor and track asset movement with proper identification and security measures.
• Ensure all new assets meet specified requirements and that departing employees return company property.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in Office Administration (candidates with relevant experience but a different degree are welcome to apply).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in asset management systems.
• Proficient in professional-level English.
• Strong integrity and honesty.
• Willing to be based at the Head Office in Jakarta.
