Assistant Manager Administration

What youll be doing

  • Negotiate contract terms with internal and external organization

  • Review and update existing contracts, prepare Explanatory Note for Contract Amendment.

  • Explain terms and conditions to related partied and interested parties

  • Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms

  • Stay up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal division as needed

  • Advance in administration international organization/company

What were looking for

  • Min. Bachelor Degree all majors

  • Min. 12 years experience in international company/organization

  • Experience in contract administration & negotiation is must

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Adaptable and able to work well under pressure

  • A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

About us

We are a joint venture of international and local consultant companies working in the Construction Industry. We are currently managing an infrastructure national public project in Indonesia for a duration of 5 years. Our scope is to handle the management (design and construction) of the Project which is performed by different Design and Built contractors.
