B2B Solution Partner Specialist

Job Description :

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement effective solutions that address client challenges and improve their operational efficiency.

2. Analyze P&L performance and collaborate with relevant divisions to maintain financial health and drive profitability.

3. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, solution designs, project plans, and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

4. Gather and analyze client feedback to continuously improve service offerings and client satisfaction

Job Requirements :

1. Maximum age of 35 years old.

2. Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.

4. Experience in logistics, with a strong preference for those involved in solution design or operational improvement.

5. Adaptive and open-minded, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills to work effectively across functions and with clients
