Backend Developer - Golang

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Backend Developer - Golang to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software systems that support our payment services. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to the full software development life cycle while ensuring code quality, performance, and security. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, a problem-solving mindset, and experience building backend systems in the banking or financial technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and efficient software applications to support Company services.

• Participate in code reviews and system design discussions

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including System Analyst, QA, DevOps, and Product.

• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements to enhance system scalability and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Backend Developer using Golang.

• Proficient in backend programming language - Golang

• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, and system integration.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms is a plus.

• Experience in financial services, banking, or payment systems is highly preferred.

• Strong analytical thinking & communication skills.

• Ready to join Immediately.

• Willing to sign contract 3 months (possible to be extend based on performance) and willing to join in Conventional Banking Project.

• Willing to work onsite from Banking Client Office at Sudirman Jakarta.
