Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative BARISTA to join our team! As a key part of our beverage section, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and nutritious smoothies, fresh juices, and specialty drinks. Youll ensure consistency, high quality, and excellent customer service while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the preparation area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high-quality standards in taste, presentation, and hygiene.

• Engage with customers, recommend flavors, and offer customizations.

• Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and replenished as needed.

• Keep the work area, blenders, and utensils clean and sanitized.

• Operate juicers, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies.

• Collaborate with the team to develop new smoothie recipes and seasonal specials.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling.

Requirements:

• Passion for healthy food and beverages.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork spirit.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
