About the Role

We are seeking a talented Content Creator Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Jakarta. In this role, you will take ownership of creating and managing high-quality, engaging content that supports our branding, marketing campaigns, and community engagement efforts. You will play a crucial role in promoting our mission and communicating the value of our innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with BIOTAs mission and marketing goals, increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create compelling written and visual content, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts tailored for different platforms and audiences.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and smart home innovations to produce relevant and insightful content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and design, to generate content ideas and materials that highlight product features and benefits.
• Edit, proofread, and optimize all content for clarity, consistency, and SEO best practices, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Analyze content performance using various metrics, making data-driven recommendations to refine content strategies and improve engagement.
• Manage the publication and distribution of content across all channels, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or a related role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools.
• In-depth knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed adjustments to content strategy.
• Exceptional time-management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• A creative thinker with a passion for technology and a keen eye for detail.
