Branch Manager Southern Indonesia

To oversee and manage all operations of the branch to ensure productivity, efficiency, and profitability. As brand ambassador for internal and external clients.

Main Accountabilities:

• Business Execution: Execute corporate strategy related to sales, service and parts and coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of business strategy and company policy in branch.

• Customer Services: Monitor, coordinate and execute services to customers and marketing programs based on the strategy set.

• Business Process Assurance: Coordinate, monitor, evaluate and implement all of business process in the branch according to SOP.

• SHEQ: Coordinate, monitor, evaluate the implementation of all SHE activities in the branch covering the safety and convenience of working place and tools.

• Risk Management: Conduct risk management, analyze the possible risk (I.e. loss) might happen to company assets and provide recommendation on insurance-related coverage.

• Budget: Set up branch budget based on company business plan, direct, control and evaluate the implementation periodically.

• People Development: Identify, plan and evaluate human resources needs and development in the branch, recommend subordinate development based on competency needs and develop work culture in the branch.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

• Formal Education: minimum bachelors degree in Technical

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years experience in a sales or technical management capacity in the drilling, mining or oil and gas services industry
