Parts Clerk

To provide customer support for Parts requirement, and processing customers Parts order in timely manner.

Main Responsibilities are :

• Create quotation from customers inquiry or purchase requisition, and follow up for Purchase Order.
• Follow up, Monitor, and prepare necessary supporting documents to process customers Purchase Orders.
• Create and maintain Sales Order process on internal system from customers confirmed Purchase Order.
• Ensure accuracy of Plan Delivery Date on Sales Order and make alteration if necessary.
• Collaborate with Warehouse & Logistic team for Parts delivery plan to customer.
• Retrieve completed Delivery Notes after Parts Supply for invoicing documents completion.
• Attend Customers weekly/bi-weekly/monthly meetings if required.
• Act as Parts Sales point of contact on customers job site.
• Carry out any other tasks related to work as allocated to you by your superiors.

• Education Min D3
• Experience in the Heavy Mining Equipment Industry.
• A high standard of personal work ethic.
• English verbal and written communication skill.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
