Deskripsi Pekerjaan
  1. Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy-duty equipment (e.g., excavators, dump trucks, bulldozers, graders)
  2. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
  3. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule
  4. Ensure all repairs are completed safely and comply with company standards
  5. Maintain accurate service records and reports
  6. Coordinate with supervisors and parts department for work planning
Persyaratan Khusus
  1. Vocational or technical school graduate in Heavy Equipment or Mechanical Engineering
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as an HD Mechanic in mining, construction, or related industries
  3. Strong knowledge of heavy equipment systems (Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hitachi, etc.)
  4. Skilled in using diagnostic tools and repair manuals
  5. Willing to work in remote areas and on a shift or roster basis
  6. Physically fit, safety-conscious, and disciplined
  7. Ability to work independently and in a team
