Junior Architect 3D

Job Description :

• Conduct site visits and surveys to collect data for design and construction coordination.

• Assist in preparing and modifying design proposals, presentations, and reports.

• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to address design and construction issues.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.

• Participate in client meetings and design reviews as needed.

• Maintain organized project documentation and support project coordination.

• Create and develop 3D models of architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or other relevant tools.

• Generate high-quality renderings and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and specifications for construction and permit applications.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software advancements, and best practices for 3D modeling and visualization.

• Ensure that all 3D models and renderings meet company standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and functionality.

• Prepare and participate in design presentations, both internally and externally, to effectively communicate project concepts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or similar.

• Proficient in rendering software, such as V-Ray, Lumion, or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of architectural design principles and construction techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• A portfolio showcasing 3D modeling and rendering work is preferred.
