Branch Manager (Travel)

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in tourism, hospitality management, or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience as a Tour Manager or in a similar role, with expertise international markets specialized in Eourope or Asia region.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

  • In-depth knowledge of popular tourist destinations, attractions, and travel logistics.

  • Familiarity with travel booking systems (OTA) and software.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in using standard office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as per client needs.

Job Description :

  • Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.

  • Design, develop, and promote attractive travel packages for domestic and international markets, including FIT, groups, and corporate clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and local/international partners.

  • Achieve branch sales and revenue targets by implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

  • Guide, train, and motivate branch staff to deliver excellent performance and service.

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving complex client issues promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to create competitive and relevant travel products.

  • Handle escalated customer complaints and special requests effectively.
