As the Assistant Department Head of Brand and Category Management, you will play a key role in driving Optik Melawais brands to become the most preferred in the market. Your responsibilities include leading multiple agencies, understanding business dynamics, and spearheading innovations and activations to maintain a competitive edge.
Drive brand performance through consistent demand-generation initiatives, including social-first campaigns and large-scale awareness programs.
Ensure On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) execution of innovation launches, covering product releases, launch campaigns, and visibility strategies.
Manage stakeholders and foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and internal partners.
Monitor and optimize brand budgets to maximize ROI and efficiency.
