Brand Executive

Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Execution & Brand Coordination

  • Assist in executing the brands marketing plan in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., agencies, KOLs, and distributors) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Support product launches and marketing initiatives as directed by the Brand Manager.
  • Monitor and track marketing activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives.

2. Inventory & Forecasting Support

  • Assist in preparing the monthly rolling forecast based on sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and commercial team to help ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Track inventory levels and report stock issues or discrepancies to the Brand Manager.

3. Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct basic market research and gather competitor insights to support brand positioning.
  • Monitor brand performance and consumer trends through data collection and analysis.
  • Assist in tracking brand awareness and engagement across different marketing channels.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare reports on brand performance, sales tracking, and campaign results.
  • Maintain updated records of brand-related documents, meeting notes, and reports for easy access by management.
  • Assist in creating presentations and summaries for internal reviews.

5. Digital & KOL Collaboration Support

  • Help coordinate partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) such as influencers, doctors, and media.
  • Support content development and digital brand activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and consumer engagement strategies.
Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Communication, or Pharmacy from a reputable university.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a brand marketing role (experience in cosmetics, personal care, aesthetic products, or medical devices is preferred).
  • Familiarity with brand execution, marketing coordination, and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working with data, reports, and market research.
  • Able to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
