Brand Executive

As a Brand Executive at The Palace, you will be responsible for executing impactful below-the-line (BTL) marketing initiatives and brand activation strategies that enhance customer engagement and reflect the brands positioning. This includes managing in-store promotions, offline events, pop-ups, sponsorships, and other experiential touchpoints to drive traffic and strengthen brand presence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, visual merchandising, and digital marketing to ensure all activities align with brand pillars and core identity. A strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and customer experience is essential, as you will help translate brand values into meaningful offline interactions.

Additionally, you will support budget management, vendor coordination, and post-activation reporting to optimize ROI and ensure seamless execution. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality brand experiences in the luxury retail space.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in brand activation, BTL, or event marketing, preferably in the luxury or retail industry.

  • Passionate about branding and consumer experience.

  • Excellent project management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
