Brand Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop brand plan and go-to-market strategies

  • Lead creative development for target audience to take action

  • Organizing, executing, monitoring marketing activities, ATL, BTL, Digital Activities including promotion programs, and have knowledge of trade marketing

  • Responsible for managing A&P budget

  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assess ROI and KPIs

  • Monitoring brand development in daily and monthly basis Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions

  • Monitor market, consumer trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in marketing role in FMCG

  • Strong analytical skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Team player, Agile
