Brand Manager
Responsibilities
Develop brand plan and go-to-market strategies
Lead creative development for target audience to take action
Organizing, executing, monitoring marketing activities, ATL, BTL, Digital Activities including promotion programs, and have knowledge of trade marketing
Responsible for managing A&P budget
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assess ROI and KPIs
Monitoring brand development in daily and monthly basis Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
Monitor market, consumer trends and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
Have at least 3 years of experience in marketing role in FMCG
Strong analytical skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player, Agile
