Brand Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and data driven Brand Manager to lead the

development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and

growth. You will be responsible for managing TIA Jewelry brands identity, positioning, and

marketing campaigns to ensure consistent communication and a strong presence in the

market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:

  1. Develop and implement long-term brand strategies that align with business objectives.

  2. Define and maintain brand voice, tone, visual identity, and customer experience.

  • Campaign Management:

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, retail, PR, etc.).

  2. Collaborate with creative, media, and content teams to produce impactful materials.

  • Market Research & Analysis:

  1. Conduct competitive analysis, consumer research, and market trends to inform brand decisions.

  2. Monitor brand health and KPIs (awareness, engagement, sales impact, etc.).

  • Product & Innovation Support:

  1. Support product launches and development from a branding and positionin standpoint.

  2. Work closely with R&D, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment.

  • Budget Management:

  1. Manage brand marketing budgets efficiently and track ROI.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, digital, customer service) to ensure brand consistency across touchpoints.

  2. Present strategies and campaign results to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. Masters is a plus.

• 4-6 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, branding principles, and market dynamics.

• Experience in campaign planning, digital marketing, and performance tracking.

• Proficiency in data analysis, budget management, and marketing tools.

• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

• Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and detail.

• Proficient in excel

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or retail sectors.

• Familiarity with e-commerce, social media platforms, influencer and digital

marketing.
