BTL Specialist - Tecno Indonesia

About the role

PT Carlcare Service Ila is seeking a talented BTL Specialist to join their team in Central Java. In this contract role, you will be responsible for executing below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement for Tecno Indonesia. With a focus on delivering innovative, impactful activations, you will play a key part in supporting the companys marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Compile, manage, and analyze data related to POSM activities and field visibility tracking.

• Communicate and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely progress and completion of marketing materials and installations.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to monitor the implementation of POSM and ensure brand visibility across assigned areas.

• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure all marketing materials and activities are executed according to plan and timeline.

• Participate in monthly meetings with the Regional Sales Manager to provide updates and align on field execution strategies.

• Use English effectively for communication with internal teams and external vendors where required.

What were looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in BTL marketing or event management, preferably within the consumer electronics or FMCG industry

• Proficient in data recording and processing with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Able to communicate effectively with vendors and perform regular follow-ups on ongoing tasks or projects.

• Skilled in collaborating with sales teams to track POSM implementation and ensure brand visibility in the field.

• Based in Semarang or Yogyakarta, and willing to meet with the RSM once a month during site visits.

• Possesses active English communication skills, both verbal and written.
