Building Maintenance Officer

What Youll Be Doing

• Coordinate service activities related to building and civil maintenance—both preventive and corrective

• Inspect, plan, and execute repairs or improvements to company facilities and infrastructure

• Translate field inspections and user requests into practical, safe, and timely solutions

• Ensure compliance, quality, and safety in all repair or maintenance works, including those done by vendors or contractors

• Provide temporary fixes to prevent damage escalation when needed

• Keep detailed and accurate project logs and reports

• Supervise on-site work to ensure material and execution match the approved plan

• Raise flags when issues or deviations occur—and help fix them right away

• Drive timely project delivery and maintain building excellence

Requirement:

• Has a D3 or S1 degree in Civil Engineering

• Has at least 2 years of experience in building maintenance or civil projects

• Can use design and analysis tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, HEC-RAS, and 3D Max

• Is comfortable working both in the field (inspections, supervision) and in the office (planning, drawing, reporting)

• Can plan work, coordinate materials and tools, and solve problems on-site

• Works well with other teams, users, and vendors to complete tasks efficiently

• Has passive English skills (able to read and understand technical documents)

• Is available to join immediately

• Is willing to relocate to Karawang
