Business Analyst (Mid to Senior Level)

• Provide accurate and effective solutions aligned with company goals and objectives
• Act as a bridge between business challenges and technology solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis by understanding business needs and creating technology solutions.
• Collaborate with the Application Development team to deliver appropriate and comprehensive solutions.
• Analyze business processes and provide improvement recommendations.
• Create and execute SIT testing plans and test cases.
• Support UAT, training, and implementation to ensure smooth execution.
• Identify potential risks and proactively inform stakeholders.
• Highlight potential issues/risks and share best practices in risk management.
• Work closely with all project members to achieve common goals.
• Prepare business requirements documentation (Business Requirement Document).

Qualifications:

✅ Experience in Project Management.

✅ Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

✅ Experience in Solution Design.

✅ Experience in risk mitigation related to application development and implementation.

✅ Hands-on experience in in-house system development, including building solutions from scratch.
