As the checkpoint for all commercial deals, we assess each opportunity for its strategic value, financial health, operational fit, and compliance with regulations. We work closely with teams across finance, legal, marketing, and operations to make sure every decision is well-rounded and informed. With an entrepreneurial mindset, the team stays curious about business opportunities, pays attention to the details, and asks the right questions to make sure every partnership is worth pursuing and built to last.

Were looking for someone who can thoroughly evaluate partnership deals to make sure theyre profitable, practical, and aligned with regulatory standards. Youll be the go-to person making sure every deal makes sense financially and operationally while supporting our growth. If youre someone who gets excited about new opportunities but always asks if they really work in the real world, this is for you. You approach challenges with a business owners mindset, appreciate the perspectives of different teams, and take a keen interest in analyzing details to uncover key insights.

Youll report to the Business Desk Manager.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Lead end-to-end partnership assessments, ensuring coherence between high-level strategy, operational feasibility, and customer value.
  • Evaluate financial models and P&L statements to assess deal profitability and long-term viability. Provide clear, data-backed recommendations on commercial terms.
  • Work with Legal, Finance, Ops, and Sales to gather input and ensure each deal is reviewed from all critical angles.
  • Identify risks and check for compliance by evaluate potential risks in partnership deals and ensure alignment with internal SOPs to minimize risk exposure for the business.
  • Use market research and customer feedback to validate that partnerships are relevant and aligned with our needs.
  • Ensure partnerships are set up for long-term success by balancing business goals, operational reality, and market demand.
