Business Development Associate

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support growth initiatives at Int Labs. This role will play a key part in identifying new client opportunities, supporting outreach activities, and contributing to the end-to-end business development process. You will work closely with senior team members and gain firsthand experience in building relationships and driving impact in the evolving business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Client Prospecting

• Research and compile potential client leads.

• Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings with prospects.

2. Market Research & Strategic Targeting

• Conduct basic research on client needs, industry trends, and competitors.

• Support in crafting targeted sales approaches based on market insights.

3. Proposal & Sales Support

• Assist in creating business proposals, pitch decks, and client materials.

• Follow up with prospects and track feedback for improvement.

4. CRM & Pipeline Documentation

• Maintain and update client/prospect data in the CRM system.

• Prepare weekly reports on business development activities and deal progress.

5. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with the team to understand solution offerings.

• Provide support to senior BD team members in business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum holds a Diploma degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

• Confident communicator in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & spoken).

• Eagerness to learn about market research and corporate training industries.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with targets.

• Familiarity with tools like Notion and Google Workspace is a plus.

• Internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles is a plus, especially in a Business Consulting firm.
