Business Development Employee Benefits Insurance

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Employee Benefits products, focusing on group health insurance solutions.
• Perform cross-selling of Employee Benefits products to expand client portfolios.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners to enhance sales opportunities.
• Identify and analyze client/customer needs to propose tailored Employee Benefits solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategies for meeting client requirements.

• Qualifications:
• Minimum education of a Diploma (D3) degree.
• 2-5 years of proven experience in Employee Benefits sales.
• Prior experience working in an insurance brokerage company is preferred.
• Strong track record in achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals.
• In-depth understanding of Employee Benefits products, especially group health insurance
• Proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and creating strategies to capitalize on them.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
