Job Description
As an BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT , you will be the key liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, building strong, trust-based relationships.
Work closely with creative, strategy, and digital teams to turn briefs into powerful campaigns.
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, deliverables, and expectations — keeping everything on track and on point.
Translate client needs into clear creative direction and actionable plans.
Present ideas, gather feedback, and ensure our work exceeds expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform client growth strategies.
Qualifications
3+ years of account management experience in a creative, branding, or digital agency.
Strong communication and client-handling skills — confident, clear, and solution-focused.
A deep understanding of creative processes and marketing fundamentals.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects with ease.
Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for great work.
Willing to work on-site in Cipondoh, Tangerang.
