About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and client-focused OTC VIP Customer Manager to join our rapidly growing crypto trading team. In this role, youll be responsible for nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional clients, and VIP traders, offering them personalized OTC (Over-the-Counter) crypto trading services. Your expertise in digital assets, trading strategies, and client management will play a critical role in driving growth and delivering exceptional service to our most valuable customers.
What youll do
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP and institutional clients using OTC trading services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNWIs, hedge funds, family offices, and other large-volume traders.
- Provide real-time pricing, trade execution, and post-trade support for digital asset transactions.
- Collaborate with the trading desk and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely settlement of OTC trades.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions, including market insights, trading strategies, and product education.
- Support onboarding processes and KYC/AML compliance for new VIP clients.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve the OTC service offering.
- Stay up to date with crypto market trends, and competitor offerings.
- 3+ years of experience in client management, institutional sales, or OTC trading (preferably in crypto, FX, or commodities).
- Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain technology, and crypto trading platforms.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working across time zones with a global client base.
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of work.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate cross-culture teams.
- In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Manage workloads and teams across multiple countries and timezones.
