Business Development

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT Sayap Biru Ekspres as a Business Development professional. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the companys customer base in the Jakarta region. This full-time role will see you engage with prospective clients, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to the strategic direction of the sales and marketing function.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and other business development activities

• Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to present the companys services and solutions

• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective campaigns to generate new leads

• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales pipeline activity

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs

• Support the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies

What were looking for

• Proven track record of success in a new business development or sales role, preferably in the Sales industry

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities to secure new business

• Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful sales and marketing campaigns

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field such as New Business Development

• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
