Business Development Specialist

Job Title: Business Development Specialist for Green Rebel Foods

This role is a mid-management role with main responsibility of securing win-win partnerships with Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and Chained Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafes in Indonesia. You will lead a small and fast-growing team, maintain productive relationships with clients & partners, and work collaboratively with other dept heads to ensure clients success.

Responsibilities

• Identify new sales leads (QSR, restaurant partners, corporate clients, and other horeca).

• Maintain sales pipelines to achieve sales targets according to internal business processes.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop store partnership program and other strategic new business programs.

• Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers and partners.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful business expansion projects: R&D, Production, Logistics, etc.

• Market research and identifying new trends.

• Develop quotations and partnership proposals, and handle negotiations.

• Presents periodic performance reports and metrics to Marketing, Sales & BD Manager and another leadership team.

• Managing full cycle of sales from securing deals, payment collections, and ensuring accurate product delivery.

• Providing strategic alternatives for operational business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, PR, or Communication

• 3+ years of sales or account management experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian & English

• Strong project management and collaboration skills

• Analytical and result driven

• Excellent sales, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong business sense and good with numbers

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient with Google Suites and Microsoft Office
