Requirements:- Bachelors degree in any field- Malang based- Minimum 1+ years proven experience in partnership, business development and/or brand management- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills- Willing to work under pressure and high mobility- Proficient in Ms. Excel/Google sheet for data processing and analysis, Google slide for data visualization.

Job Description- Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives- Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with external partners

- Maintain excellent relationship with existing partners,

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to integrate partnership strategies into brand/product campaigns- Lead negotiations and structure partnership agreements
