Business Development Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Identify and analyse potential markets for our industrial estate.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with potential and existing clients.• Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the industrial estate and build brand awareness.
• Track and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Provide regular update to management on progress and challenges.• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of sales and development strategies.

Qualifications:•

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably within the industrial real estate sector.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential.
• Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
