About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team at Gopay. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our KYC business expansion, both for internal Goto operations and external IAB customers. Youll be instrumental in driving> What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive BI dashboards and reports to support KYC business expansion
  • Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Optimize SQL queries to improve dashboard performance and data retrieval efficiency
  • Support various projects by conducting detailed analytics and providing> What You Will Need
    • 5-6 years of experience in a BI role
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
    • Proven experience in BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or similar platforms
    • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with big data technologies
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
    • Knowledge of data visualization best practices
    • Strong communication skills to effectively present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
