Strategy and Planning

  • Perform analysis, review, problem solving, follow-up related to Credit Card Transaction complaints including VIP Card Holders throughout Indonesia, to mitigate repeated complaints / reject Credit Card transactions and improve customer experience bankwide.
    • Perform analysis, review, problem solving, follow-up related to Merchant complaints including Premium Merchant throughout Indonesia, to mitigate repeated complaints / reject transactions at EDC and improve customer experience bankwide.

Business Performance and Management

  • Provide and cancel Authorization Code for offline/manual CIMB Niaga credit card transactions.
  • Perform maintenance on the installation and release of blocks on CIMB Niaga credit cards.
  • Perform maintenance on temporary credit limit increases outside of working hours on CIMB Niaga credit cards after obtaining approval from limit holders in accordance with the determined Delegation of Authority.
  • Perform maintenance velocity parameters at the card level according to the cardholders needs to avoid the cardholders transaction being rejected.
  • Serving transaction confirmation requests from merchants.
  • Liaise with other Visa and MasterCard Issuers regarding requests for drop authorization codes for off-us transactions at CIMB Niaga merchants.
  • Perform maintenance on cardholder data on infinitium on an ad hoc basis so that e-commerce transactions can be carried out safely (3D Secure).
  • Serving Code 10 Authorization requests.
    • Block debits and credits for CASA accounts outside branch office hours.

  • Maintain customer confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain maintenance access to the core system so that it is used according to the specified function and authority.
  • Conducting Credit Card & Merchant Authorization activities running 24/7 according to SOP & applicable regulations.
