CHEF DE PARTIE PASTRY

Job description :

Responsibilities include preparing desserts as outlined in the menu plan, ensuring proper food storage, maintaining cleanliness in accordance with USPH standards, and ensuring all equipment is in optimal working condition.

Requirement :

  1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the same position, preferably working at 4-5 stars hotel, big-scale resort, a fine dining restaurant, or a shipboard experience (Preferred)

  2. Valid passport min. 1 year

  3. Fluent in English communication
