Chief Financial Officer

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Lead strategic sourcing Finance & Accounting daily operation including reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

2. Monitors and reports the financial performance of strategic sourcing on monthly basis, identify variance from budget & forecast and identify opportunity for efficiencies.

3. Be the finance focal point for sourcing leadership on support and drive result based on analytics and targets.

4. Support business initiatives and projects by providing professional advice from finance perspective.

5. Review and continuously improve Finance & Accounting procedure and system to ensure efficiency under evolving business environment.

6. Contribute in management discussion, providing specific points of view and recommendations to support the business.

7. Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, evaluate and apply suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness.

8. Review and distribute monthly financial reports.

9. Prepare insightful analysis of financial reports.

10. Create and provide financial reports to satisfy Management needs to drive the business.

11. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis to support business needs and facilitate the decision making process.

12. Analyze financial information including comparison of actual results to budget/ forecast and analysis of key financial metric and trends.

13. Responsible for financial ratio and equity.

14. Responsible for the companys cash flow, including sourcing and negotiate for bank loan.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

1. A bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is a fundamental requirement.

2. Advance degree An MBA or CPA certification is often preferred or required, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise.

3. Working experience with minimum of 10-15 years of progressively responsible financial experience, including leadership roles, is typically expected.

4. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial planning, analysis, and reporting is essential.

5. The ability to develop and implement financial strategies, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights is crucial.

6. Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team, build relationships with stakeholders, and communicate effectively.

7. Proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance are necessary.

8. Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are vital for success in this role.

9. Able to work in North Jakarta - KBN Marunda.
